The Centre for Emotional Development was founded by Leslie Ironside (D.Psych; Psych MACP) to develop a focus of expertise and to promote emotional health and wellbeing in children, adolescents, families and organisations.

About Centre for Emotional Development
Dr Ironside is a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist with over 25 years experience working with children and families in both the NHS and private practice. He has formed a network of highly qualified and experienced Associates to expand the Centre’s professional range and effectiveness.
 The aims and objectives of the Centre are twofold:
- Educational: To provide resources for Continuing Professional Development through training, lectures, short courses and conferences. The Centre aims to attract participants from a range of disciplines including education, health and social services and independent practitioners.
